And I had completely surrendered,” she told Chris Connelly, describing the special moment.
Morando proposed during a trip to Japan — a deeply meaningful place for Cyrus. “I had never been to Japan, and I did that on purpose,” she explained. “I wanted one place in the world that could be my special place, something I saved just for me.”
